UK Shipping

Shipping is free on all UK orders of £20 and over. I send all items via Royal Mail 1st class in the UK, with orders over £50 being sent via recorded delivery. Orders are shipped within 3 working days (Monday - Friday) of purchase unless otherwise stated.

International Shipping

I am based in the UK so all items are shipped from here, via the Royal Mails International Standard service. This is untracked, however you can pay for an upgrade to tracked which will be indicated at checkout. This service may be unavailable in your country as not all countries offer this service. I aim to ship out your order within 3 working days (Monday - Friday) of purchase unless otherwise stated. 

International orders can take up to 21 working days to arrive but generally take 5-7 working days to arrive. This of course can be affected by a variety of factors such as industrial action and covid shutdowns. Mockup Goods Co. takes no responsibility for an taxes, duty or other charges that may be charged on the recipients end.

Address

Please ensure your address is correct and up to date. I will always try to help out anyway I can but I take no responsibility for an incorrect address being entered onto an order, which can cause massive delays. If an order with an incorrect address is returned to me the customer is responsible for the cost of resending the order.

Returns

All items can be returned within 30 days for a refund. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. The refund will only be processed if the item is returned undamaged and in a resell-able condition. Custom or personalised items are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged please send pictures to matthew@mockup.ink within 30 days of purchase. And a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible.
